Your pack shipment

Standard delivery time is 3 - 7 working days. (Subject to Delivery Area and Mode of Delivery). If all items ordered are in stock, we shall send out the order on the next working day.

All orders with payment that come in after 3.30 p.m. (Local Time) shall not be calculated as one (1) working days.

We shall inform customers if there is any delay with the order with the reason of delay.

Please refer to the stock status of the product. This will determine the also determine the delivery date. For Pre-Order status product, it will be takes more days compared to In-Stock status product.

All our orders are delivered via courier, Citylink. Please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address when we send out the order. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge for re-sending the order.

Because we engage the services of a courier to deliver all our orders, please be informed that we will not be able to accomodate on the time of delivery. Special arrangement can be made on the time of delivery. However, extra charges will apply.

For orders within the Kuala Lumpur/ Selangor area, we will be able to arrange for a private home delivery service. Please call or fax us for more details.

Note : Calculations of the delivery day is from the date of the payment made (full payment including shipping, if applicable), not order date
